Description de la fonction

As a Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT & Cyber, you will directly contribute to ensuring the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of operations across Northern Europe.

Within the Operations department, you will work in a multi-country, transformational and operational environment, driving excellence in service delivery while shaping the future of our Travel, Health, IT & Cyber activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the regional operational strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive operational performance by managing KPIs, optimizing processes, and controlling costs
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all operations
  • Lead and develop multi-country teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Manage key stakeholders and governance across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Business Lines
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Build capabilities and develop talent across the region

Profil

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: You have 5 years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles, ideally within medical assistance, healthcare, or service environments
  • Skills: Operational management, process optimization, performance management, transformation and digitalization expertise
  • Languages: Fluent in English (C1); additional NE Unit languages are an asset (Dutch, French, German, Italian,)
  • Soft skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, adaptability and resilience
