For our client, an international organization active in Aftermarket services for advanced mobility systems, we are looking for a  Technical Customer Trainer who can step in and make an impact. The company focuses on the sales, service, and technical support of advanced powertrain, transmission, and chassis technologies for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial applications. From Brussels, they support mobility solutions delivered worldwide.

Your Role

• As a Technical Customer Trainer, you will be responsible for transferring technical knowledge to customers, workshops, fleets, and service partners. You will act as a key technical contact, ensuring that customers have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use and maintain products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Deliver technical training programs to customers, service partners, and network organizations.
• Ensure accurate and effective transfer of technical product and system knowledge. 
• Develop new training programs that respond to market demands and customer needs.
• Create and maintain training-related system access and software credentials where required.
• Conduct on-site customer training sessions and technical presentations at customer events.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to aftermarket customers.
• Assist customers with technical questions related to products and systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for technical solutions and applications. 

Customer & Network Development

• Maintain strong relationships with service workshops, fleets, and industry partners. 
• Support the development and maintenance of commercial service networks.
• Identify training opportunities and emerging market needs.

Profil

Your Profile:

Qualifications & Experience

• You must have experience providing technical training in the automotive sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and products.
• Extensive experience within the automotive commercial vehicle sector, particularly involving trucks, buses, trailers, and air brake systems. 
• Experience delivering technical training, coaching, or technical customer support. 
• Well-established network within the commercial vehicle service industry is considered an advantage. 

Language Skills

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable delivering training sessions to international audiences and expatriate teams.

• Highly motivated to learn and master new technologies and product portfolios.
