In this role, you will support the sales team by helping manage customer requests and ensuring a smooth and timely follow-up. You will be an important point of contact for customers and will assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.

This position is well suited for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn and grow within a commercial and customer-oriented environment.

Tasks;

• Manage a shared mailbox and respond to incoming customer requests in a timely manner
• Support in analyzing customer needs and gathering missing information when needed
• Assist in preparing and sending quotations, with guidance from senior colleagues
• Follow up on quotes and maintain clear communication with customers
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Business Developers to ensure proper follow-up
• Provide administrative support and help keep internal processes organized
• Gradually take ownership of standard requests as you gain experience
• Contribute to outreach activities (e.g., contacting prospects, scheduling meetings) when needed

Profil

We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales medewerker that :

• You are motivated and eager to start a career in sales or customer service
• You have good organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks
• You are detail-oriented and willing to learn how to analyze customer needs
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with people
• You are proactive, flexible, and open to feedback
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• You speak Dutch and French (basic to good level; further development is supported)
