Systrem Engineer 
 
Job Overview
 
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure for a financial technology services provider. Ensure systems meet cybersecurity and reliability standards, provide advanced technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls and improve operational processes."
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure in line with cybersecurity standards.
• Harden and configure Windows, Linux, and Microsoft 365 environments to meet security baselines and compliance requirements.
• Deploy and manage security solutions including endpoint protection, identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, and monitoring tools.
• Oversee system performance and reliability while providing level-2 and level-3 support, resolving complex incidents and improving support processes.
• Conduct security assessments and audits such as configuration reviews and access rights audits, coordinating remediation with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, development, and infrastructure stakeholders to integrate security controls and align initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with network security devices such as Fortigate, Cisco, and ISE
• Experience with backup solutions using Veeam
• Experience with virtualization platforms including vCenter, ESXi, SAN, and RAID
• Experience with directory and network services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI)
