NTT DATA is looking for an API / SOA Team Lead
Location: Belgium (Fully Remote Possible)
Contract Type: Freelance or Permanent
Languages

• Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French (mandatory)

About the Role
As API / SOA Team Lead, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects while ensuring quality, governance and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development and analysis teams
• Manage planning, resources and priorities
• Coordinate project delivery activities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards
• Manage risks, dependencies and issues
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Monitor project delivery and reporting
• Support solution design and technical governance

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading software delivery teams
• Strong understanding of API and SOA environments
• Agile delivery experience
• Resource and budget management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with project reporting and governance
• Understanding of REST, SOAP and integration concepts

Technology Environment
Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Jenkins, OpenAPI, REST Services, Agile Tooling, Reporting Platforms and API Management solutions.
