We are looking for an Interim Accounting Manager for a transport company, based in Antwerp.

About the Role: As Interim Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the complete accountancy process (AZ) while leading and mentoring a talented team of professionals. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards. Key Responsibilities as Interim Accounting Manager: Manage full-cycle accounting (Accountancy AZ) and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of accounting professionals. Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and drive efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Profil

Your profile: Proven experience in accountancy management, including full-cycle accounting (AZ). Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Knowledge of IFRS is a strong asset. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. You have strong knowledge of Dutch and English.
