Are you passionate about building reliable AI solutions and shaping the future of software engineering with Generative AI?

As an AI Engineer within the SRE department at Tech Belgium, you will help design and evolve agentic Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) workflows, transforming GenAI capabilities into production-ready engineering solutions.

• Develop GenAI and agentic solutions using technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Vertex AI, LangChain, Google ADK, FastAPI, and Python
• Design secure, scalable, cloud-native AI workflows and multi-agent systems on GCP
• Build and operate reliable AI services through CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
• Improve AI quality through evaluation, testing, monitoring, and feedback loops
• Collaborate with SREs, software engineers, and product teams to deliver solutions that improve engineering productivity and operational resilience
• Contribute to GenAI standards and responsible AI practices across ING

Profil

We're looking for someone with a strong software engineering background who enjoys solving complex problems, building production-grade systems, and continuously exploring new developments in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI.
