Our client is a couponing expert, offering a wide range of promotional services. They drive consumers to  store or brand through both traditional and digital activations that engage and motivate the customers.

Description de la fonction

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships while actively driving business growth. Beyond managing existing accounts, the role places a strong emphasis on proactive client development, including prospection within the existing portfolio, cross-selling, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
The Account Manager acts as both a trusted advisor and a commercial driver, combining relationship management with strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives, and this is within the existing HighCo DATA services package.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in French, Dutch and English
