Shipping Operations Assistant (temporary assignment) M/V/X

Description de la fonction

We are looking for a Shipping Operations Assistant to support our daily logistics operations. You will ensure the safe handling of fragile shipments, coordinate shipping activities, and maintain accurate and traceable logistics records. 

Transport of shipment fragile silicon wafers between warehouse, labs, and cleanroom while ensuring safety and accuracy. 
Prepare, validate, and process internal shipping requests with complete and correct information. 
Execute daily shipping activities including packing, shipment administration, and communication with requestors. 
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (labs, warehouse, technical teams, finance) to ensure smooth logistics flows. 
Maintain structured and traceable records of all movements, contributing to KPI tracking and operational follow-up.

Profil

Strong attention to detail, especially when handling fragile, high-value materials.
Structured, safety-oriented, and process-driven working mindset. 
Good communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused attitude. 
Working knowledge of English. Basic background in logistics-warehouse operations; ERP (e.g. SAP) or customs knowledge is a plus.
Requires careful handling of sensitive materials in controlled environments (labs and cleanroom). 
Emphasis on traceability, compliance, and safety in all shipment operations. 
The role combines operational tasks with administrative responsibilities and cross-team coordination
