Description de la fonction

Mission

Your mission will be to build, animate and grow the community of experts, volunteers and partners of the Pulse Foundation, ensuring the quality of the experience at every interaction - events, workshops or gatherings. You will be the proactive driving force behind an engaged community, by mapping available skills, leading onboarding and retention of members and making sure the right expertise is always mobilizable at the right time for each program.

Community: onboarding, retention & mapping

Recruitment & proactive activation

  • Plan and lead the recruitment of French- and Dutch-speaking volunteers.
  • Design and lead a structured onboarding journey for every new community member, ensuring fast integration and a sense of belonging.
  • Be the go-to person for identifying, matching and proactively activating experts and volunteers.
  • Proactively and anticipatively identify missing expert/volunteer profiles for the Foundation's programs.
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring of each program's skill needs and take the initiative to activate the right profiles before the request even arises.
  • Contribute to the alumni activation strategy for the Foundation's programs.

Mapping & retention of expertise

  • Map and keep up to date the expertise of all volunteers, mentors and partners in the CRM (skills, availability, location, languages).
  • Set up regular follow-up and engagement rituals to maintain the bond with community members (onboarding, personalized check-ins, milestones, thank-yous, recognition of contributions, organizing learning/training...).
  • Measure and analyze the retention rate of volunteers and experts; identify friction points and propose corrective actions.

Community events & experiences

Organization and management

  • Organize Fuck Up Nights in partner cities and improve engagement processes.
  • Organize the logistics of expert/entrepreneur workshops for the Foundation's programs: venue, subcontractors, materials, coordination of speakers.
  • Curate venues and suppliers, negotiate framework agreements, and maintain the directory of approved suppliers.
  • Ensure and systematically evaluate the quality of the participant experience at every workshop.
  • Develop tools and partnerships to systematically document FUN testimonials.

Foundation key moments

  • Design and lead the Foundation's strategic events: summits, annual gatherings, cohort launch/closing events... working with a colleague on the logistics/on-the-ground side.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (speakers, partners, vendors, teams) to ensure high-impact events.
  • Ensure post-event follow-up and capitalization: debriefs, feedback collection, production of showcase content.
