Around a hundred employees, a tight-knit finance team and an environment where numbers genuinely inform decisions, not just dashboards.

Your Responsibilities You are the financial reference point for the Belgian office, with a role that goes well beyond bookkeeping. Leading monthly and annual closings: general ledger, provisions, fixed assets and balance sheet reconciliations. Preparing and filing local statutory and regulatory obligations. Analysing financial performance, monitoring variances and providing recommendations to management. Acting as a business partner for operational teams and senior management: budgets, forecasts and ad hoc analyses. Trusted point of contact for partners, external stakeholders and auditors. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and reporting tools.

Profil

The Ideal Profile Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance. Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in general accounting. You take the lead on closings without needing guidance, and you are not afraid to go and get the information you need from the right people: management, partners, stakeholders. Languages ; Fluent English is essential. French or Dutch is required for local interactions. Personal qualities Confident and assertive, you hold your own in a conversation without overstepping. Rigorous on substance, pragmatic on form. Curious about business challenges, you like to understand what lies behind the numbers.
