As a Freelance Maintenance Engineer Lead, your responsibilities are:

• Oversee and manage engineering and manufacturing operations to ensure seamless workflows.
• Provide technical guidance to the engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing departments.
