Description de la fonction

The Senior Communication Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing the communication strategy in the Belgian & Luxembourg markets. The role ensures coordination of national and local campaigns, management of external partners, and support for the stores network.

Communication Strategy and Management

• Develop and monitor the annual communication plan.
• Define communication priorities for the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.
• Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and help adapt commercial offers to the specific needs of the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.

Media Management

• Oversee media investments.
• Coordinate media agencies.
• Manage TV, VOD, radio, cinema, social media, and SEA campaigns.

National Campaign Management

• Oversee the rollout of brand campaigns and key commercial highlights.
• Ensure adaptation of campaigns for the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.
• Approve communication content and activation plans.

Press Relations, Influencer Marketing and Partnerships

• Manage PR and influencer agencies.
• Define press and influencer engagement plans.
• Supervise brand visibility initiatives.

Digital Communication

• Define the social media strategy and coordinate agencies.
• Oversee website updates.
• Approve CRM campaigns.

Local Communication

• Define local communication initiatives.
• Support and guide franchise partners in their communication activities.
• Develop specific traffic-driving operations.
• Define and supervise communication plans for store openings and renovations.

Network and stores

• Act as the main communication contact for the stores.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication across the network.

Budget Management

• Manage all communication budgets.
• Conduct supplier negotiations.
• Ensure cost optimization and efficient spending.

Profil

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business School.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in 360 communication and in managing media, digital, and local campaigns (retail experience is an advantage).
• Strong budget management and agency management skills.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and project management abilities.
• Highly autonomous, strong sense of priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (franchisees, agencies, suppliers, management).
• Fluency in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
