Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex business needs into practical IT solutions? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and a talent for bringing stakeholders and development teams together? Then this opportunity might be the right fit for you.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and MAP business and IT processes within the client's organization.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess potential solutions and their impact.
• Gather, challenge, and document business requirements in the form of user stories and business use cases.
• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into workable solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of applications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in process modelling and/or functional and data analysis.
• Experience gathering and translating high-level business requirements.
• A good understanding of IT environments and the interaction between business and technology.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• A structured way of working and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholders, and communicate your ideas confidently.
• Fluency in Dutch and a good working knowledge of French.
