As our Information & Knowledge Architect, you will define how information is structured, governed, and managed across the organization.You will create the frameworks, standards, and governance models that transform data and content into trusted business knowledge. Working closely with architects, platform owners, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that information is accessible, reliable, compliant, and ready to power future AI-driven solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role where architecture, governance, technology, and change management come together.
Function
- You define and own LLBG's information and knowledge architecture, including domain models, business glossaries, taxonomies, metadata standards, and semantic frameworks that create a shared understanding across systems, countries, and teams.
- You establish and drive our information governance framework, ensuring clear ownership, stewardship, quality standards, classification, retention, and lifecycle management for both structured and unstructured information.
- You lead master data governance by defining business object ownership, stewardship responsibilities, standards, and governance processes together with key stakeholders.
- You define how information is created, tagged, classified, versioned, stored, and retired, ensuring that content remains trusted, compliant, and ready to support AI-driven use cases.
- You collaborate closely with architects and platform owners to design and implement information models within governance and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- You establish the governance principles and guardrails for AI access to enterprise knowledge, ensuring compliance with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and internal policies.
- You lead by building. For the first AI Knowledge use cases, you are directly involved in the design and delivery, shaping the content model, retrieval logic, grounding approach, evaluation framework, and adoption journey. By leading these initial implementations, you establish the standards, best practices, and reusable templates that future teams can build upon rather than reinvent
- You engage with business stakeholders across the organization to identify, prioritize, and deliver knowledge management and AI-related initiatives that support LLBG's digital transformation journey.
- You lead and coach the AI Knowledge Engineer while driving adoption, change management, and knowledge stewardship across multiple countries and business domains.
Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- You bring 8-12 years of experience combining information governance, data governance, and hands-on technical implementation.
- You have successfully designed and implemented taxonomies, metadata models, semantic structures, or governance frameworks that delivered measurable business value.
- You have experience with master data governance in ERP-driven environments; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
- You have the practical capability to build knowledge AI solutions yourself, from preparing and structuring source content to designing enterprise search and RAG-based experiences. You understand the technical and operational work behind successful AI adoption, including metadata, retrieval quality, access controls, testing, user feedback, and long-term ownership
- You are familiar with governance and catalog solutions such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, Unity Catalog, or similar platforms, and communicate fluently in English....
