Technology

We strongly believe that mastering technology is key to becoming a reference in our area of expertise. That iswhy we are investing in a state-of-the-art, fully automated production line built around the Cytiva SA25 roboticisolator. That is also why we are building a fully digitalized, end-to-end paperless process (eBMR, Odoo ERP,Scilife QMS), a strong competitive advantage compared with industry standards that remain very paper-based.

To make this happen, we are actively looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor based in Liège (BE) to run oursterile production on the floor, batch after batch Roles and Responsibilities
  • Run day-to-day aseptic filling and formulation activities on the Cytiva SA25 fully robotic, gloveless isolatorplatform (setup, formulation, filling, post-filling, decontamination), on the floor with the operatorsOwn the floor execution of GMP batches, engineering runs, process studies and media fills: readiness check,line clearance, in-process controls, batch closure.
  • Review executed batch records for GMP and GDP compliance before hand-over to Quality.
  • Work as a duo with the Manufacturing Coordinator on the daily running of the production floor, and act as theother's designated back-up during absences.
  • Plan the manufacturing contribution to customer projects with the Manufacturing Coordinator and the ProjectManager (campaign slotting, changeover readiness, material lead times).
  • Author and review manufacturing documentation (Master Batch Records, work instructions, setup and lineclearance documents), and create and maintain manufacturing articles, BOMs, and routings in the OdooERP.
  • Ensure strict GMP adherence in all production activities, including GDP-compliant electronic documentation(eBMR, Odoo, Scilife QMS).
  • Contribute to the APS program (documentation and floor execution) and monitor process performance (RFT,OEE, deviations, contamination rate).
  • Train and qualify the production operators on equipment, procedures and GMP requirements, and keep theiraseptic qualification current with the Head of Manufacturing.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, standard work) and keep SOPscurrent.
  • Investigate deviations and non-conformities within scope; act as CAPA / Change / Task Owner whenassigned.
  • Lead risk analysis sessions following standard risk assessment methodologies.
  • Collaborate with client auditors and regulators during audits and inspections.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced aseptic manufacturing professional who wants to stay on the floor: GMPdiscipline, aseptic expertise and technical leadership without a management layer. Education: Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, or equivalent (Master's or Engineerpreferred).

    Experience: 5+ years in GMP operations, of which at least 3 in aseptic GMP fill and finish. Hands-on isolatoror RABS experience required. Experience executing and reviewing batch records on the floor Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom behavior, gowning, and GMP practices in sterile production; qualified foraseptic intervention.
  • Experience with isolators, single-use systems, automated filling equipment, VHP decontamination, andfilter integrity testing.
  • Solid command of batch documentation flows (eBMR, MBR, BR, deviations, change control), includingreview of executed records.
  • Manufacturing documentation authoring (SOP, WI, MBR, etc...)
  • ERP article / BOM creation and maintenance (Odoo or similar)
  • Ability to lead risk analysis sessions following standard risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience with GMP QMS systems: deviations, CAPA, change requests.
  • Experience training and qualifying operators on equipment and aseptic technique
  • Digital proficiency: Experience with an ERP, MES or eQMS system.
  • AI and automation mindset: Open to working with AI-assisted tools and automated systems; curious abouthow emerging technologies can improve manufacturing processes and batch documentation.
  • Languages skills:  English B2 level (read technical documentation, understand instructions, interact with clients andauditors). French is a plus.
  • Soft skills:
  • Technical leadership on the floor: able to carry the operators with you without a reporting line.
  • Rigor, attention to detail, anticipation.
  • Team player, proactive, eager to learn and transmit.
