Our client is an international organization with a significant European workforce.
Description de la fonction
- Take a leading operational role in the Pay Transparency project and support its practical implementation.
- Work with an existing job grading framework, already validated at executive level, and ensure its effective application.
- Support the rollout and communication of the newly developed Reward Policy.
- Analyze current compensation practices and employment conditions and identify potential gaps or required adjustments.
- Translate Reward policies and frameworks into concrete and workable HR processes.
- Support the annual merit and salary review process.
- Work with Hay job evaluation methodology and support the transition of existing grading practices where required.
- Support the administration and improvement of HR processes.
Profil
- Extensive level experience within Compensation & Benefits, Reward or HR Rewards.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Pay Transparency and its practical implementation is highly desirable.
- Solid experience with job grading and salary structures, ideally using the Hay methodology.
- Proven experience with salary reviews, merit processes, bonus schemes and benefits.
- Comfortable analyzing existing compensation practices and translating findings into concrete improvements.
- Experience working with both blue- and white-collar populations in an international environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English is essential, as the scope includes several international populations.
- French is a strong plus; Dutch is considered an additional asset.
