Description de la fonction

As a Freelance Tender/Bid Manager your responsibilities are:

• Identify and assess relevant European and institutional tender opportunities ;
• Analyse tender documentation, requirements, evaluation criteria and submission procedures ;
• Lead the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification through submission ;
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external experts involved in bid preparation ;
• Structure and coordinate high-quality technical and commercial proposals ;
• Ensure compliance with all administrative, procedural and technical tender requirements ;
• Develop clear bid strategies and coordinate the production of supporting documentation ;
• Manage timelines, deadlines and deliverables to ensure accurate and on-time submissions ;

Profil

A successful Freelance Tender/Bid Manager should have:

• Proven experience in Tender Management, Bid Management or European Bid Management ;
• Strong understanding of European public procurement and tender procedures ;
• Experience managing complex or high-value European/institutional tenders ;
• Excellent ability to analyse complex tender documentation and identify key requirements ;
• Experience in writing, structuring and coordinating complex proposals ;
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and deadline management ;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete bid process ;
• Excellent English; additional European languages are an advantage ;
