Description de la fonction

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You will combine customer service, planning, and administrative follow-up to ensure smooth operations and efficient scheduling.

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide professional support
• Schedule appointments and coordinate interventions efficiently
• Manage last-minute changes and find practical solutions
• Follow up customer files and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through proactive communication

Profil

• Fluent in Dutch and French
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Able to keep a clear overview in a fast-paced environment
• Administrative accuracy and attention to detail
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Looking for a stable and long-term opportunity
