As an AI & Automation Solutions Analyst, you combine business analysis, stakeholder collaboration and hands-on development in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to deliver AI and automation solutions that create measurable value. Your work location: Brussels.

• facilitate workshops to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities
• analyse current and future business processes and identify relevant AI and workflow automation use cases
• estimate solution costs and support business case development
• collect, analyse, challenge and prioritise business, functional and non-functional requirements
• document user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, data requirements, controls and expected benefits
• translate business requirements into solution designs covering agent behaviour, instructions, topics, tools, actions, integrations and user experience
• configure, test, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate or other internal AI platforms
• prepare and execute functional, integration and regression tests
• coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve defects
• validate accuracy, permissions, fallback scenarios and expected outcomes
• collaborate with architecture, platform, security, privacy and data teams to ensure compliance with organisational standards
• demonstrate solutions, prepare user guidance and support solution rollout
• monitor adoption, usage and quality metrics
• gather feedback and manage a prioritised improvement backlog
• maintain functional and technical documentation, operating procedures and support materials
• provide support for incidents, changes and ongoing solution maintenance

Profil

• relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience in business analysis, information systems, engineering, automation or a related field
• at least 5 years of experience combining business or functional analysis with the delivery of digital, low-code or workflow automation solutions in an enterprise environment
• hands-on experience building, testing and maintaining solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate
• strong knowledge of workshop facilitation, process analysis, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, fit-gap analysis and user acceptance testing
• practical understanding of AI agent concepts including instructions, topics, knowledge grounding, actions, guardrails and human hand-off or escalation patterns
• ability to understand APIs, authentication, integrations, data flows and solution architecture concepts
• awareness of security-by-design, privacy, access control, responsible AI, data governance and maintainability principles
• strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with specialist teams
• familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, MCP and RAG
• fluent in English with a good working knowledge of Dutch and/or French and the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate clearly across the organisation
