We are looking for a Data & AI Business Associate to work closely with the management team and help drive our growing business across Data, AI, Digital solutions and Talent services.
 
This role is for someone who learns fast, takes initiative and has an entrepreneurial mindset. We operate in a fast-moving, international environment, so we need someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
 
What you'll do

• Support and gradually own sales, business development and client follow-up
• Support client meetings and help turn business needs into Data, AI and digital opportunities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, demos and commercial materials
• Coordinate clients, consultants, candidates and ongoing opportunities
• Research new clients, technologies, solutions and market opportunities
• Contribute to Data & AI initiatives, prototypes and client projects
• Support internal operations, branding and business growth where needed

Who we're looking for

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Previous knowledge or experience in Data, AI or digital solutions
• A fast learner who can work independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with clients and in an international environment
• Interested in both technology and business
• Ambitious and willing to grow quickly with the company
