As the Business Partner - HR & WFM, you will act as the key bridge between local business domains and TDDI by capturing business needs, translating them into IT requirements, and connecting with regional TDDI to deliver effective solutions. You align IT initiatives with business priorities, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and ensures that IT investments generate measurable business value. Actively participate in the Regional Community of Practice (CoP) within the Application domain, exchanging knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the region. Contribute to the business domain and TDDI roadmap by gathering business needs, including cost and budget considerations, and aligning them with the relevant TDDI solution centers. Act as a local demand or portfolio manager within the TDDI Demand Management process by clarifying business demand, ensuring alignment with TDDI policies and guidelines, and facilitating the approval of local or cluster initiatives with the appropriate experts. Serve as a local ambassador for TDDI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between regional objectives and the needs of one or more business domains. Bridge regional, cluster, or country business requirements with TDDI's technical capabilities and services. Coordinate change delivery, major incident management, temporary fixes, and workarounds for applications and systems within the Application domain at global, regional, and local levels. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers operating within the scope of the Application domain. Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards for local solutions to ensure service quality and drive continuous improvement.

Profil
Solid understanding of one or more Sodexo business and application domains Familiarity with support tier structures and vendor coordination Knowledge of product management concepts Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams Ability to distinguish presented user requests from underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements Strong communication in both English and the local languages as well as stakeholder management skillsCompétences linguistiques
