In Meer (Hoogstraten), we are looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join our crew in a full-time 3-shift system (early, late, and night).

As our newest Manufacturing Operator, your main mission is to keep the flow going from Monday to Friday. You won't just be standing by; you'll be the person making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Who are we looking for¿:

• You don't wait for someone to point at a task; you see work and you grab it. Being a dependable part of the crew is something you take seriously.
• If you've spent time in a plant or on an assembly line before, you've got a head start. Total newcomer? No problem. As long as you're eager to learn, we'll teach you every trick of the trade.
• You feel at home in a 3-shift rhythm.
• You can hold your own in English. Good communication is the backbone of a safe workplace and makes working with your colleagues a lot smoother.
• You have your own transportation to get to our site in the Meer industrial zone. Since shift work doesn't always align with the bus schedule.

Your role on the production floor. Your shift includes:

• You'll oversee the systems that mold our plastic bottles and jerrycans. It's your job to monitor the settings and ensure the production line never misses a beat.
• You're the one who guarantees excellence. By inspecting the products throughout your shift, you make sure only the best items¿safe and defect-free¿reach our customers.
• You'll pack the goods into crates or boxes with speed and care. Precision is key here¿you make sure every sticker and label is applied correctly so the right order goes to the right place.
• Once the canisters are ready, you'll stack them neatly onto pallets. To keep things moving and stay safe, you'll use an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) or BT to transport the finished loads to the warehouse.
