As an Account Manager, you are the face of STILL in your region. You build long-term relationships with customers and guide them with professional advice on their internal logistics processes. Thanks to your commercial mindset and technical insight, you translate customer needs into concrete solutions within our broad portfolio (new trucks, used equipment, short-term rental, service, etc.). You will have the freedom to take initiative, identify opportunities and manage projects from A to Z. Sales & Relationship Management Develop a tactical sales plan for your region and achieve commercial targets Identify opportunities and projects with both existing and new customers Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Advise customers on technical, operational and financial solutions for internal transport equipment Prepare offers, negotiate and successfully close deals Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Additional Responsibilities Actively promote short-term rentals, used equipment and racking solutions Organize and conduct demonstrations and customer presentations Support customers with after-sales requests and ensure excellent service Represent STILL at trade fairs and events Promote safety and sustainability in all customer interactions The Team You will join a driven sales team of around 20 enthusiastic colleagues. You report to the Sales Manager Belux, who will support and coach you and share his extensive knowledge and experience within STILL. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and colleagues from Sales, Sales Back Office, Service, Rental and Used Equipment departments.
Profil
Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role Strong combination of sales drive and technical/logistics insight Experience with technical capital goods (forklifts, rolling equipment, etc.) Affinity with the logistics sector Customer-focused, flexible and results-driven Structured and administratively accurate Strong analytical mindset with understanding of numbers and data Solution-oriented and creative approach Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) Good command of MS Office and CRM systems Proactive, engaged and hands-on mindset Team player with a positive and professional attitude Ideally based in the South-East Flanders regionCompétences linguistiques
