The Belgian entity employs around 300 people and operates within a broader Benelux structure while maintaining local autonomy. The organisation is currently undergoing a transformation, integrating more closely at regional level while investing in talent, processes, and innovation.

Description de la fonction
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers
- Build and execute sourcing and talent pipeline strategies
- Optimise recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Analyse recruitment data and provide actionable insights
- Coach and challenge stakeholders on hiring decisions
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Participate in transversal HR and transformation projects
Profil
Essential:
- 5-7 years' experience in corporate recruitment or equivalent
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and structured approach
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in media, marketing, or agency environments
- Exposure to high-volume or fast-growth recruitment contexts
- Interest in AI and new recruitment technologies
