Description de la fonction

The Marketing & Communication Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, including planning major campaigns while managing daily communication activities.
• Direct involvement in content creation (press releases, social media copy, newsletters, campaigns).
• Oversight of all communication channels (website, social media, newsletters, print), with internal coordination across functions.
• Team management
• Regular collaboration with external agencies and partners.
• Strong focus on creativity and innovation, combined with agency-driven input.
• Budget management.
• Fast-paced, reactive environment requiring also reporting and performance tracking.

Profil

• At least 3y of professional experience in a marketing position
• Able to manage projects, budgets, and teams (leadership and teamwork skills)
• Strong command of digital marketing tools (Adobe Suite, video editing software, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.), web analytics, and marketing techniques
• Knowledge of various marketing channels (social media, press relations, advertising, etc.) and how to use them effectively depending on the target audience
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluent in Dutch & French mandatory, with good command of English
