Lead Business Analyst 
 
Job Overview
 
Seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide analysis and delivery of digital and operational transformation projects across a parking network. Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions from ideation to production, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams across multiple countries."
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead project ideations to define scope, assess risks, and structure solution options for business decisions
• Develop logical data models and document functional requirements with full traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish API design standards, ensuring secure access and GDPR-compliant data handling
• Manage the annual roadmap, conduct quarterly stakeholder alignment sessions, and structure backlog refinements to improve sprint planning
• Monitor operational metrics via dashboards, setting alert thresholds and reporting logic
• Facilitate cross-country workshops and act as primary liaison among business, product, and technical teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience
• Proven track record on end-to-end digital transformation projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience in mobility, payments, or operational systems
• Experience delivering in multi-country or cross-team contexts
• CBAP® or equivalent business analysis certification
• Scrum or agile delivery certification or background
