Description de la fonction

• 
  
  Process Analysis & Documentation
  • Analyze existing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Document current ("as-is") workflows, including interfaces, exchanges, and return flows
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• 
  
  Business Requirements Definition
  • Gather and formalize business needs from key stakeholders
  • Translate requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams and external vendors
• 
  
  System Landscape Assessment
  • Review a highly fragmented pricing ecosystem (approx. 300 different pricing calculation systems)
  • Assess system interactions, dependencies, and data flows
  • Support rationalization and simplification initiatives

Profil

• Proven experience as a Business Process Lead / Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations processes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAGE experience is a strong plus)
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex system landscapes and pricing models
• Solid understanding of data flows, system integrations, and data management
• Experience managing or collaborating with external vendors/providers
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a multi-stakeholder, transformation-driven environment
