We are looking for an Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager who will manage the relationship with big pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and represent a company proposing products & solutions to ensure safe production of drugs. This role is 100% farming and focuses on commercial coordination (pricing discussions, contract negotiations, business reviews, after sales management ...)
Our client is an international industrial group active in materials, healthcare, and life sciences.
Within its healthcare division, it focuses on technologies for bio pharmaceutical manufacturing by providing critical solutions such as virus removal filters, filtration systems, and bio process equipment.
It plays a key role in enabling the safe and efficient production of biologic drugs like vaccines and antibodies.
As a successful Account Manager Bio process - Pharma industry - ENG, you will have the following responsibilities: Manage and grow long-term relationships with existing international customers, acting as the main point of contact (especially with procurement teams) for the sales & after sales topics. Lead commercial activities such as pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues. Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (product, QA, logistics), translating customer needs into business insights, opportunities, and risks. You coordinate customer requests, solve issuses & handle complaints. Perform sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning, while maintaining CRM/ERP data.
Profil
As a successful Account Manager Bio process - Pharma industry - ENG, you will have the following profile: Education: degree in Business, Life Sciences, or similar. Experience: 6-8+ years in account management / customer relationship roles in a commercial environment. Open to travel internationally (mainly in Europe) up to 30/40% of the time Skills: strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities (Excel, CRM/ERP tools like Salesforce/PowerBI). Personal traits: customer-oriented, structured, proactive, culturally adaptable, and comfortable in an international environment.
