Azure Tech Lead - Shape the Future of Cloud at SD Worx

Are you ready to lead the way in Azure cloud innovation?

As our new Azure Tech Lead, you'll be at the heart of designing, building, and optimizing our cloud environment within the Public Cloud & Internal Developer Platform (IDP) Tribe. You'll guide a passionate team of Azure engineers, ensuring our platform is secure, scalable, and cost-efficient-empowering product teams across the organization.

This is your chance to combine technical excellence, leadership, and strategic vision while driving automation, performance, and security in a truly enterprise-level Azure environment.

As an Azure Tech Lead, you'll: Architect & Innovate: Build a resilient Azure platform that integrates seamlessly across the organization. Automate Everything: Champion IaC (Bicep, Terraform) and GitOps to cut manual operations by 80%. Secure & Govern: Lead on Azure security, governance, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2). Optimize Costs & Performance: Apply FinOps strategies, autoscaling, and monitoring for maximum efficiency. Lead & Inspire: Mentor Azure engineers, collaborate with product, DevOps, and security teams, and engage with Microsoft & partners to stay ahead of the curve. Your impact is measured by: scalability, automation success, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Profil

Technical Expertise Proven track record in Azure architecture, networking, security, and identity management. Hands-on experience with IaC, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps tools. Strong knowledge of AKS, Azure Functions, and hybrid cloud (Azure Arc). Familiarity with compliance and zero-trust security models. Leadership & Mindset You're a natural mentor and motivator, passionate about building strong teams. You can influence across functions and drive strategic cloud adoption. Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to push the limits of efficiency and security. Education & Certifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Azure certifications are a big plus.
