Formworkers 

Will work under the responsibility of the Team Leader and will be involved in site preparation, traditional and industrial formwork, reinforcement, installation of prefabricated elements, pouring and vibrating concrete, stripping formwork, and ensuring work is carried out safely and according to quality requirements.

Team Leaders 

Will work under the responsibility of the Site Manager and will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of workers on site. The role includes organizing daily work, following production targets, ensuring availability of resources, supporting workers at their workstation, checking quality and compliance of the works, reporting deviations, and enforcing safety and productivity requirements.

Profil

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, preferably in civil engineering, reinforced concrete, formwork, masonry or carpentry
• Ability to work safely on a large construction site
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team and adapt to site requirements
• Basic ability to read plans/drawings, especially for formworkers
• For Team Leaders: minimum 5 years' experience in the specialty and previous experience leading or coordinating workers
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden.                                                    

Desirable requirements:

• Professional training or diploma in construction, formwork, masonry, reinforced concrete, carpentry or equivalent
• Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects
• Experience with prefabricated elements, reinforcement and concrete works
• Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE requirements and quality standards
• Basic English and/or French

Avantages du poste

• Estimated monthly salary (net + gross):            266.85 SEK/hour for Formworkers
• 286.85 SEK/hour for Team Leaders
• Location of working place:        96135 BODEN , Norrbottens län - Sverige
• Estimated date of employment:            As soon as possible
• Type of contract (permanent, temporary)          Temporary
• Length of contract (if temporary):          Fixed-term contract, 10 months with possibility of extension
• Working time (full, part-time):  Full-time
• Working hours (per week):        Working hours and rotation schedule may vary depending on project and site needs   
• Accommodation, flights, ID06 cards, and transportation within the site areas are included. 
• A daily allowance/per diem is also provided according to applicable conditions.
