We are currently looking for a Customer Integrated Sales Office (CISO) Manager who is ready to play a key role in transforming our organisation and shaping the future of our customer experience. You will lead the Customer Integrated Sales Office across the Benelux and France, driving the transformation of a team that has traditionally focused on administration into a proactive, commercially minded and customer-centric organisation. Reporting directly to the Country Manager Belux, you will enjoy high visibility, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to influence the company's strategic direction. Your key priorities will be to: Deliver an outstanding customer experience. Improve operational performance. Develop the capabilities and engagement of your teams. Strengthen the commercial contribution of the department. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Your impact You will lead the Customer Integrated Sales Office (CISO) team, ensuring that every customer interaction creates added value. You will coach, develop and inspire your people by providing clear direction, ambitious objectives and the support they need to succeed. You will optimise the entire Order-to-Pay process, from order entry through to invoicing and delivery, ensuring sustainable operational excellence. You will implement performance management based on meaningful KPIs, turning operational data into tangible actions and measurable improvements. You will transform a reactive customer service function into a proactive organisation capable of developing its own customer portfolio, enhancing customer satisfaction, responsiveness and commercial performance. You will play a leading role in our cultural transformation by developing your team from order processing specialists into trusted customer partners who actively identify commercial opportunities and create long-term value for customers. You will remain close to the business by supporting your team in complex customer situations and maintaining a strong connection with day-to-day operations. In addition, you will lead digitalisation projects, streamline processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration across all departments involved in the customer journey.
Profil
You combine inspiring leadership with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. You know how to engage teams, lead change and create an environment where performance and people thrive together. You are recognised for your ability to build trust, develop talent and unite teams behind a shared vision. You enjoy working in organisations undergoing transformation, where your ideas make a tangible difference and where you can actively shape the future of the business. You will also bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree. 5 to 10 years' experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Customer Operations or Order Management. Proven experience in leading and developing teams. Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. Excellent analytical and organisational skills. A genuine Customer First mindset. Fluency in Dutch, French and English.Compétences linguistiques
