Your Position
As a data analyst within the IT Data Division, you will contribute to the bank's digital transformation by helping to unlock the value of data. You'll be part of a dynamic team working closely with business units and technical experts. You will support data users across the whole company. You will contribute to the design and implementation of solutions for regulatory, management and operational reporting.
Key responsibilities
·      Understand internal stakeholders' data needs and translate them into IT specifications and solutions.
·      Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI)
·      Clean, transform, and model data using SQL or Python
·      Contribute to data governance, data quality, and data integration initiatives.
·      Document data flows and models.
·      Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Stewards, and business teams.
 
Your Profile
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
 
Required skills and experience
·      Analytical mindset, attention to details.
·      Problem-solving skills.
·      Ability to understand data and reporting related business challenges.
·      Familiarity with Excel 
·      Good communication and teamwork skills
 
Preferred skills and experience (not needed, but a plus)
·      knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
·      Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
·      Experience with SCRUM agile methodology.
 
Languages
·      English: Professional working proficiency
·      Dutch or French
