Talencia is looking for a "Project Manager IT" for one of its clients.
 
Location : Brussels
Start Date : September
Remote : 2days/week 
Languages : French (or Dutch)+ English
Duration : Long term mission
 
 
Context :
 
As a Project Manager, you will lead key digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency within a retail environment. Your main focus will be the replacement of the CIAM platform and the implementation of a Management Delivery platform. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring alignment with business, standards and governance.
 
 
Description :

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, budget, quality, and change management.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular executive reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and escalations.
• Oversee all testing phases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, IT governance, and project management best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.

Your Profile :

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within retail or e-commerce environments.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Solid business acumen with a good understanding of IT delivery and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
