Recruitment & Candidate Consulting

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and follow-up
  • Build candidate pipelines through multiple channels (database, LinkedIn, networking, job boards, referrals)
  • Coach candidates throughout the process and ensure a high-quality experience
  • Create and publish compelling job ads and market insights

Business Development & Client Advisory (Sales)

  • Develop and manage your own client portfolio: identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships
  • Proactively approach new clients (prospecting, cold/warm outreach, networking, referrals)
  • Understand client needs and advise on profiles, salary expectations, availability, and market trends
  • Present shortlists and talent solutions with a consultative "matchmaking" approach
  • Participate in client meetings/visits and build credibility as a talent advisor
  • Negotiate terms and guide both sides toward successful hires (offer management, closing)
  • Work with targets/KPIs and celebrate results as part of a high-performing team culture

Profil

  • First successful experience in a recruitment consultancy, recruitment agency, or staffing environment
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in people and business
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Commercial mindset: you enjoy business development, networking, and creating new opportunities
  • Resilient and results-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear targets and KPIs
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow within a leading recruitment consultancy
