Senior Business Analyst - Banking

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in banking, financial markets, regulatory reporting, and crypto trading to support strategic initiatives around trading, investing, and savings solutions.

Your Mission

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications.
• Work closely with Product Owners, IT teams, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Security stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, assess impacts, and drive improvements.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

Your Profile

? 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
? Strong knowledge of financial markets, crypto, and regulatory environments
? Experience with MiCAR, MiFID, EMIR, Transaction Reporting, and AML
? Skilled in business analysis, functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
? Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset

Languages

🇫🇷 Native French or 🇳🇱 Native Dutch
🇬🇧 Fluent English
