SECURITY SERVICE ENGINEER M/V/X

Our client is an innovative and fast-growing organization where technology, quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do. To strengthen their technical team, they are looking for a Security Service Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and providing excellent customer support. In this role, you will ensure the optimal performance of security systems and IT infrastructure while contributing to reliable and future-proof solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email and video calls.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations and network devices.

• Install, configure and support security systems such as CCTV, access control and intrusion detection.

• Perform software updates, backups and preventive maintenance.

• Document support activities and maintain accurate ticketing records.

• Deliver internal training on new technologies and solutions.

• Participate in the on-call support service and manage service stock.

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, IT, Network Management or equivalent experience.

• Experience with IT infrastructure, networking and security systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Accurate, hands-on and able to work independently.

• Fluent in Dutch and French.

• Willing to travel across Belgium and participate in an on-call rotation.
