Senior Automation Engineer (Ansible)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to drive Automation-as-Code and infrastructure automation across the enterprise. You will design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Ansible, helping teams reduce manual effort, increase standardization, strengthen security compliance, and improve operational resilience.

The role includes automating server provisioning, configuration management, patching, recovery processes, and compliance controls across Linux and Windows environments. You will develop reusable automation frameworks, establish Infrastructure-as-Code standards, and integrate automation into the broader enterprise tooling ecosystem.

Working closely with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and Application teams, you will act as a trusted automation expert, promoting best practices, mentoring engineers, and driving automation adoption across the organization.

Key Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience automating Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and operational automation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Automation-first mindset with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement
