Description de la fonction
- Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory and HSE matters across international operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, environmental, health and safety legislation
- Support business activities by identifying legal risks and proposing practical mitigation strategies
- Analyse complex legal and regulatory developments and assess their business impact
- Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, compliance and sustainability teams
- Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing clear legal guidance
- Draft, review and interpret legal documents related to regulatory and HSE matters
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and communicate implications to stakeholders
- Lead or support cross-functional projects involving regulatory compliance initiatives
- Present complex legal concepts in a practical and accessible manner to diverse audiences
Profil
- Master's degree in Law
- Additional legal qualifications (LLM or equivalent) are considered an asset
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in regulatory and HSE law
- Experience within an industrial, chemical, manufacturing, environmental, or highly regulated sector is preferred
- Strong knowledge of international and European regulatory frameworks, including REACH, CLP, BPR, OSHD, WFD, ESPRS, PPWR, EPRTR and related legislation
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively within a complex international matrix organisation
- Fluent in English
- French is considered a strong advantage
