Client Advisor NATO M/V/X

Description de la fonction

• As a Client Advisor in our NATO office, you will act as the first point of contact for clients within your assigned client segment (expats).
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and accurate follow-up of your non-life insurance portfolio.
• You will advise clients, prepare quotations, contact clients, discuss the proposed insurance solutions, and issue new insurance policies.
• You will process all relevant data and contracts in our BRIO management system.
• You will communicate with both insurers and clients on a daily basis via email and telephone.

Profil

• You hold a bachelor's degree in insurance or an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in the insurance sector.
• You have a solid understanding of non-life insurance products and enjoy advising clients within your assigned client segment (expats).
• You are sociable and communicate confidently with clients in person, by phone and via email.
• You are customer-focused and combine this with a commercial mindset. You recognize opportunities and proactively pursue them.
• You have professional communication skills in English and/or French and/or Dutch.
• You are accurate, organized, and meticulous in your administrative work, ensuring all information is correctly recorded in our BRIO management system.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and are comfortable working with BRIO.
• You are willing to work from our NATO office and understand that access to the premises is subject to NATO's strict security and registration procedures. You are comfortable complying with these requirements.
• You are willing to work from the NATO office every weekday.
