Amundi is looking for a Marketeer to join their growing team and support marketing initiatives by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, supporting our Sales teams and customers and conducting competitor research.  The role entails managing various projects, including implementing marketing automation, website rebuilds, and new product launches. A person in this position is also responsible for lead generation and content distribution across various platforms. 

Together with your marketing colleagues in Paris and with your business development colleagues from Belgium and Luxembourg, you will work on different aspects of a marketing plan for the different businesses of Amundi, mostly for the Retail business in Belgium and Luxemburg and partially for the Netherlands.  In the current set-up, you will report to one member of the business development Team in Belgium. Together with your sales colleague, you will strengthen the brand name of Amundi through the different services offered  by their distribution customers.

More concretely, this means that you will take care of:

In Belgium & Luxembourg:

• Coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience
• Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
• Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and check content for accuracy and consistency
• Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns
• Organisation of events
• Frequent exchange with your Sales colleagues and the central marketing in Amundi to develop new approaches towards marketing and transform from global to local messages
• Contribute to social media & PR
• Coordination of Amundi Academy
• Actively contribute to various Groups' marketing committee/discussion via a transversal committee

In the Netherlands:

• Organisation of events
• Contribute to social media & PR

Profielbeschrijving

• Minimum 5 years in a marketing role in the financial industry
• Strong interest in marketing finance, the financial media landscape and financial education with, if possible, a first knowledge of the fund and asset management business or equivalent
• You are an effective communicator, strong in verbal and written communication in French & Dutch together with a good command of  English
• You are good at prioritizing under minimum supervision
• You are tech-savy and detail oriented
• Good organisational skills
• A multi-tasker and hands-on
• At ease in the classic IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,...); more specific knowledge of  presentation tools or InDesign is a plus
• You are a team player but you don't wait for the others to take initiatives
• You like to learn new things, you are flexible in mind and working hours
• You are passionate about finance
