Job Description:
Main responsibilities:

1. Document management:

• Support the bid teams in Document Management
• Make up documents and files as requested
• Manage and structure bid data and files
• Communication and alignment to support the above goals

3. Financial management of proposals:

• Cost calculation
• Risk analysis
• Business model for projects `partnership
• Tax specific analysis

4. Commercial role:

• Terms & Conditions analysis and responses
• Suppliers `conditions analysis
• Consortium agreements

Profielbeschrijving

Required Domain Skills and Experiences:

• Education: Bachelor in financial / economical / business science / law orientation /
• Languages: Trilingual NL/FR/ENG
• Analytical and critical mindset allowing you to analyse, synthesize and capture the relevant fundamentals in order to formulate a conclusion and a plan of action
• Communicative and proactive mindset will allow you to successfully collaborate cross-functional with various areas and stakeholders
• SAP experience, experience with dashboards & reporting tools is a plus
• 1 to 3 years expertise
