Our client, based in Groot-Bijgaarden and active in the FMCG sector, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their Luxembourg team. In this role, you'll support the Field Force by helping to prepare sales targets, planning, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare the monthly sales cycles, including budgets, objectives, and planning
• Set up and update sales cycles in Salesforce for the Field Force
• Plan and coordinate the sales visits of the Field Force team
• Monitor and maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
• Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) and ordering system run smoothly and support business needs
• Identify and suggest improvements to tools, processes, and ways of working
• Share reports and updates with the Field Force to keep everyone aligned
• Join and contribute to regular sales meetings.

Jouw profiel

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant role
• Experience in FMCG is a strong plus
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a bonus)
• Great listening skills, a willingness to learn, and open to stepping out of your comfort zone
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce & Power BI are pluses)
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
