You are the nerve center of our European transport network! If you enjoy problem-solving, ensuring smooth flow, and if "performance" and "organization" are part of your DNA, this role is for you. As a Linehaul Planner, you are essential to the efficiency of our core transport network.

Jouw profiel

We are looking for a combination of rigor, resilience, and essential language skills:

• Key Languages: You communicate clearly and fluently in Chinese and English (knowledge of other languages is a strong plus).
• Mindset: You are organized, stress-resistant, and a results-oriented solution thinker.
• Experience: Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customs is preferred.
• Soft Skills: You possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Your role is central to ensuring end-to-end network fluidity:

• Performance & KPIs: You track cargo and manage internal performance indicators to achieve set targets and improve service quality.
• Problem-Solving & SOPs: You architect transport solutions based on client demand. You create and maintain the necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on business requirements.
• Coordination: You facilitate clear communication and coordination among clients, suppliers (sourcing), and internal teams, acting as the "Go-to person" for all transportation issues.
• Administrative Support: You support transportation sourcing and billing processes.
