Beschrijving van de functie

We are looking for a motivated Python/Odoo Developer to support and expand the digital ecosystem of our client. After successfully digitizing their full value chain with Odoo, they are now scaling our solution across multiple countries in Europe. You will join an experienced, collaborative team and help maintain, improve, and deploy the Odoo environment.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and integrate Odoo modules to support core business processes (Sales, logistics, stock, accounting, marketing, etc.)
  
• Maintain and enhance a large-scale Odoo environment currently in production
  
• Build and improve API services to ensure smooth communication between Odoo and third-party systems
  
• Ensure system performance, stability, and data security through corrective and evolutive maintenance
  
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to understand needs and propose technical solutions
  
• Work with Azure tools (Logic Apps, Data Factory) to orchestrate data flows and integrations
  
• Contribute to software quality through testing, documentation, and best development practices
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with a multidisciplinary team (PM, BA, Dev)
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
  
• 2-3 years of experience in Python/Odoo development
  
• Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo modules, and SQL databases
  
• Understanding of XML, Linux environments, and API integrations
  
• Familiarity with Azure tools (Logic Apps, Data Factory) is a strong plus
  
• Knowledge of C#, BI tools, or ERP project experience is appreciated
  
• Fluent in French and comfortable with technical English
  
• Autonomous, rigorous, and able to collaborate with both technical and business teams
  
• Curious, solution-oriented, and motivated to work on impactful retail projects
