We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients based in brussels

Main responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  
• Prepare functional specifications and related documentation
  
• Contribute to the design and improvement of business processes
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
  
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
  
• Monitor development progress and perform functional testing
  
• Support change management and user training
  

Profile requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
  
• Experience with analysis and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML)
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  
• Professional proficiency in English, Dutch and French
