Talencia is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for one of his clients.

Mission

This role requires strong expertise in cost-sharing principles and proven testing leadership. Core responsibilities include

• Methodology & Requirements: Defining and implementing the cost-sharing methodology in coordination with internal experts. Gathering, validating, and refining all business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including conducting expert workshops.
• Testing Leadership (SAT/UAT): Leading all testing efforts by preparing the test strategy, drafting test use cases, coordinating testers, and overseeing the execution of System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Quality Assurance: Utilizing testing outcomes to refine requirements, performing critical reassessments, and ensuring strict compliance with programme documentation and timelines.

Profile

• Professional Expertise: Proven expertise in cost-sharing principles and methodology. Strong experience as a testing lead, including SAT/UAT management.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with business analysis techniques (SWOT, BPM, Use Case Modelling) and IT tools/testing frameworks.
• Personal Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance the big picture with attention to detail.
• Mandatory Requirements: Master's degree, 5-10 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and willingness to travel across Europe and work on-site when necessary.
