Our client is a trusted leader in digital transformation, supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Flanders. As their growth accelerates, they are expanding their team with a new ERP consultant. They're looking for someone passionate about Microsoft-based ERP solutions-an ambitious professional ready to join a dynamic environment and embark on an exciting entrepreneurial adventure.

As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients. You will act as both an advisor and an implementer, guiding customers through their digital transformation journey from initial analysis to successful go-live and post-deployment support

• Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analyses
• Organize and lead client workshops
• Act as the bridge between the technical development team and the client,
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central according to client needs.
• Perform rigorous testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to guarantee solution quality and functionality.
• Manage the full deployment of the ERP solution, including data migration, training, and go-live activities.
• Provide project management support, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
• Deliver post-implementation support, assisting users and helping them optimize their use of the system.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on Business Central best practices and process improvements.

Jouw profiel

Profile

• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, but open to other ERP/CRM systems for candidates with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end
• Customer-focused, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
