As a Portfolio Monitoring Analyst, you play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing our insurance products and partners. You work closely with various internal stakeholders to generate insights that contribute to profitability, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

• Set up dashboards around profitability and margin management (Excel and BI tools).
• Monitor portfolio performance and trends.
• Forecast based on historical data and market insights.
• Reserving in line with group guidelines and analytical insights.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters, finance, and sales in Belgium.
• Actively contribute to the data analytics team.
• Collaborate internationally with teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, mathematics, actuarial science).
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Mandatory experience in the insurance sector.
• Excellent command of Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and strategic mindset.
• Team player who can work autonomously and communicates openly.
• International mindset, fluent in English and in one of the other official languages: Dutch or French. Proficiency in German is definitely a plus.
