• Deliver top-notch facility services that are safe, cost-effective, and seamless
• Oversee:
• Security operations (weekday/weekend)
• Building maintenance (roofing, painting, HVAC, civil works)
• Cleaning services (deep cleaning, glass washing, sanitary accessories)
• Green maintenance, pest control, legionella management
• Technical installations (barriers, gates, fencing)
• Staff restaurant and vending services
• Manage tasks from request to completion (A-Z)
• Monitor contractual SLAs and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Coordinate preventive and corrective interventions
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Jouw profiel

• Solid technical and construction knowledge
• Familiarity with ICT tools (SAP, MS Office)
• Understanding of labor and safety regulations
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Negotiation skills for purchasing services and materials
• A proactive team player and motivator
• Dutch & English Speaking
